2. Subscription and Billing

Theft Monitor is a billed subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

3. Limitation of Liability

Theft Monitor is designed as a monitoring and alert tool. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee the prevention of theft or hardware loss. We are not liable for stolen property, lost data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
